The message of the role of the Holy Quran
Dar Al-Qur’an is an educational institution concerned with promoting the cultural and legal aspect in society and seeks to help male and female students to memorize the Noble Qur’an, master its recitation and recitation, learn the provisions of intonation, and provide them with legal sciences such as jurisprudence, hadith, interpretation, belief, biography, etc., and it works to develop religious awareness among members of society, and correct wrong ideas And immunizing society from its dangers by confronting the practices and behaviors found on the scene that offend the teachings of religion, the customs of our society and our traditions, and among the mission that the role plays in its performance is preserving the entity of the Muslim family and protecting it from the dangers that threaten it, and working to spread values, virtues and morals, and cooperate with various Entities to achieve purposes.
The role of the Noble Qur’an is characterized by providing the appropriate atmosphere for preparing the memorization of the Book of God Almighty and specializing in the science of intonation to prepare a generation of memoris who take the lead and rhetoric.
Objectives of the role of the Holy Quran
1. Providing male and female students with the appropriate amount of Sharia sciences and Islamic culture. 2. Attention to the Holy Quran for memorization, intonation and interpretation.
3. Commitment to the Sunnah of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and strive to spread and teach it.
4. Seeking to form the Islamic personality to interact with the issues of the contemporary ummah.
5. Developing values and activating Islamic trends in all segments of society in order to bring generations through the Islamic principles and behaviors.
6. Helping a Muslim understand and defend contemporary issues of Islam.
7. Knowledge of Arabic language sciences, Islamic history and the Prophet’s biography.
8. Deepening the sense of responsibility towards learning and teaching the Holy Quran.
Conditions for admission to the Holy Quran House
The role of the Noble Qur’an welcomes those wishing to join its centers spread across the six governorates to memorize the Noble Qur’an and acquire legal knowledge and Islamic culture.
For admission to the Noble Qur’an, the following is required:
1- He must have a middle school diploma in general education or its equivalent.
2- The student must not be less than (16) years old.
3- Fluency in reading and writing Arabic.
4- To pass a personal interview for "literacy classes"
Courses and curricula in the role of the Holy Quran
The study in the role of the Holy Quran includes the following courses:
Academic courses related to the Holy Qur’an and its sciences, namely:
Recitation and intonation
Explanation
Quran Sciences
Academic courses related to the noble hadith and its terminology, which are:
Prophetic tradition
Terminology of converstaion
A course in Islamic jurisprudence
A course in the Arabic language
A course in the Prophet’s biography
A course in Islamic history
All of these courses are in concert with each other to create the Islamic personality that adheres to the Book of God Almighty and the Sunnah of His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, on understanding, awareness, and awareness.
Study plan for the role of the Holy Quran
1. The study plan for the role of the Noble Qur’an consists of twelve lessons per week and the duration of the study is four years, with eight semesters, as the year is divided into two semesters, one of which is in the fall (the first semester) and the second in the spring (the second semester) and the duration of each is four Ten academic weeks.
2. The study is three days a week, at a rate of four classes per day, interspersed with breaks, and the time for performing the prayer.
3. The class time is forty-five minutes.
4. The study begins at four o'clock in the afternoon and ends at seven thirty in the centers of men and women.
5. As for the morning centers, they are for women, and classes start from eight thirty to eleven thirty.
Women's centers and introductory classes
Institute of Islamic Studies.
The Institute of Islamic Studies: It is a stage of study that comes after successful graduation from the stage of the developed system in the Noble Qur’an House. It lasts for two years, according to the semester system, with four semesters.
The first institute for Islamic studies was opened in 1978 AD for men, and for women, their first institute was opened in (1984 AD).
The study is divided into two parts:
The Noble Qur’an Division: The study includes memorization, intonation, interpretation, good recitation and intonation, as well as the study of the history of the Noble Qur’an in a manner that is characterized by ease of presentation, the integrity of transmission, the history of the ten readers, the frequency of their narrations, and the Arabic language course.
The Da`wah Division: The study includes courses related to the Noble Qur’an and its interpretation, the noble hadith and its sciences, the doctrine, the curricula of the commentators, the decisions of jurisprudence and its sciences, the subject of rhetoric for men, and the subject of the call for women.
We can limit the objectives of the Institute of Islamic Studies to the following:
1. Deepening understanding of Islamic law, and documenting the relationship between the student and the Book of God Almighty, and the Sunnah of His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace.
2. Expanding the circle of correct understanding of human relations and the foundations of tolerant dealing in the light of Islam.
3. Preparing competent imams, preachers and teachers who are able to give in their society.
4. Developing the ability to deal with sources of knowledge in Islamic sciences and the mothers of Islamic heritage books in its two divisions, except for those who successfully complete the studies in the Noble Qur’an House.
The impetus for the establishment of the Institute of Islamic Studies was the urgent need of society for the legitimate outputs, whether for legal teaching or memorizing the Holy Qur’an, or providing human cadres capable of taking control of its goals, so there was a teacher, governor, imam and preacher who plays the required role in various legal fields.
Introductory classes (literacy).
Illiteracy is one of the obstacles on the way to progress and prosperity in civilized societies, and it is a manifestation of social, cultural and intellectual backwardness in society, and since a large segment of society had missed the acquisition of knowledge at a young age and it became a heavy burden on them in the upbringing of generations a correct Islamic upbringing. The Islamic organization established introductory classes to educate adults, men and women, to be the basic basis for preparing them for the stage of joining the role of the Noble Qur’an. It also provided the opportunity for this generation to learn and memorize the Book of God Almighty, and to understand the secrets of the tolerant Islamic law, in order to contribute with the community in raising children in a correct Islamic education.
The study in the introductory chapters includes reciting and memorizing the last three parts of the Holy Qur’an, knowing some of the chapters of jurisprudence from purity, prayer, fasting and Hajj, learning the principles of the Arabic language, in addition to studying the biography of the Chosen One - may God bless him and grant him peace - and the duration of study in these chapters is six years over the course of Three days a week.
